ABOUT CHEETAH TRAINING & PROGRAMMING

Our Functional Training, Mind + Body Wellness, and Pilates Studio offer diverse and top-of-the-line equipment if you want to elevate your training. In addition, during the spring and summer months, we provide a fully functional outdoor gym for those who need to soak up the sun!

We provide four tiers of trainers to help our members reach their fitness goals: Team, Advanced, Master, and Elite.

All Cheetah coaches are nationally certified and experienced professionals who actively participate in continuing education workshops and conferences to enhance their training, knowledge, and expertise.

PROGRAM PRICING

We are excited to offer individual programming at Cheetah as part of clients' training packages at an affordable rate to help you achieve your ultimate fitness goals.

GENERAL DETAILS
• New clients are required to participate in an Introduction to Personal Training, Private Yoga, or Pilates Reformer sessions (3-pack).
• Current and previous clients may be exempt from these requirements at their coach's discretion.
• The trainer will determine the quantity of nutrition coaching and the number of days of programming.
